Prior to joining the Optelcon team, Ms. Alcala spent more than 24 years in key analyst, billing and customer-facing positions at MCI and Verizon Business Network services. Therese’s responsibilities included, resolving billing issues, performing invoice audits, designing business solutions and maintaining overall client satisfaction for multi-million dollar global enterprise clients.Therese’s combination of ITIL certification, deep subject matter expertise in carrier business practices, billing systems and methodologies make Therese an invaluable asset to Optelcon’s clients.At Optelcon, Therese’s responsibilities include; invoice analysis and audit, solution design and client management.
