Anita Mandell – Vice President, Operations & Customer Care

For 15 years prior to joining Optelcon, Ms. Mandell held various roles in Accenture’s global telecommunications operations, including managing the global voice network architecture, design, procurement, negotiations and implementation of network infrastructure and telecommunications services. In addition to her broad technical knowledge, Anita also has deep project management skills. She led large and diverse project teams responsible for the implementation of global telecom outsourcing projects.

At Optelcon, Anita is responsible for service delivery, project management, and customer satisfaction. She possesses deep subject matter expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, customer focus and a commitment to helping improve the client’s bottom line.

Anita loves meeting new people, traveling for fun, and spending time with her family.
