Within this email communication, we provide the individuals with a web hyperlink to a a secure online input form. This form populates a centralized database of users, devices, plans, carriers, usage etc… With this centralized database and a letter of authorization from your company, we have the means to electronically make “bulk changes” and manage the transition process with each vendor assuring and confirming billing changes with provider. Once changes are made, we re-optimize the new spend with new population and usage. For companies which want to limit use and do not want to pay for personal calls, we have built in policy based usage management systems which will enable your company to systematically separate personal calls.
