India, is dedicated to cost effectively supporting a wide variety of telecom
management and business processes for International Telecom Expense Management
" TEM" and enterprise firms.
This new business process facility will support a team of over 50 telecom
analysts, invoice processing and support personnel. The opening of this facility is in response
to an overwhelming demand from Optelcon's TEM business partners to assist with
performing traditionally time consuming business processes. These services
include, invoice processing, manual invoice data entry, inventory creation,
auditing, dispute resolution, MACD's and a host of other services. Within a week of opening this facility,
Optelcon has begun providing services to over 6 TEM companies with over 15
Fortune 1000 enterprise firms in the U.S., Central and Latin America.
