Diane is an extremely knowledgeable 20 year telecommunications and financial systems veteran. Ms. Helfer’s primary responsibilities include, database; analysis, design, testing, data migration and customer data cleansing and integration. Her combination of extensive telecommunications and database experience make her an invaluable asset to any client. With any client, one of the most fundamental challenges and keys to success is having data which is “cleaned” and “normalized”. 

We regularly deal with companies which have multiple systems, spreadsheets, access databases, SAP, PeopleSoft systems throughout the company. One of the key value propositions we bring to our clients is the uncanny ability to integrate all of this data into one single database to enable better visibility and management.

Prior to joining Optelcon, Ms. Helfer was instrumental in the design, development and implementation of various expense management applications for a the largest expense management company in the U.S. with over 370 employees and over 6 billion Dollars of Carrier and Fortune 100 size companies bills under management. As an experienced and extremely talented business analyst Ms. Helfer played a key roll in the success of critical business applications through the continuing analysis of business requirements, identifying new development needs through collaboration with technology, marketing and product development groups. She also brings a background in product and technical support, problem resolution and quality assurance testing to the team.
